Question
Explanation / Answer
1) and 2) Since p-value is < 0.05 the model is significant/important. For each term the p-value is less than zero means we are rejecting null hypothesis i.e. the coefficient is equal to zero (no effect). Means each term(graduation raise) has an effect on the dependent variable tuition in universaties.
3) Rsquare is 33% so 33% of the variation in dependent variable is explained by the model which is not much relaible.(Rsquare > 80% is a more reliable model.)
4) Equation feom the output
tuition in universities = 164.53*graduation raise+ 14090.22
5) If the graduation rate in 2015 is 61 then 164.53*61 = tuition in universities i.e. 10036.33.
