Hi, can you please help me answer the following questions correctly. When developing the histogram and scatter plot could you please also include the workings, for example, the Class, Frequency, BIN values, etc in a table format. Can you please ensure that the histogram bars are touching each other and you have vertical lines to define each bar on the histogram. Also, below you will find the data set require to answer this question, the data is from an EXCEL sheet. Thanks for your help.
A researcher wishes to use the graphical descriptive methods to present the data.
(a) The number of observations (N) is 400 families. Calculate the number of classes (K) the researcher should use to construct a histogram for each variable.
(b) He suggests using class intervals such as 0-6, 6-12, 12-18, ... for the TV hours and class intervals 0-30000, 30000-60000, 60000-90000, .... , for the Debt variable. Use appropriate BIN values from these class intervals to draw a histogram for each variable and comment on the shape of the two distributions.
(c) Draw a scatter plot to investigate whether there is a linear relationship between Debt and TV hours. Briefly explain the selection of each variable on the X and Y axes and why? On the same plot, fit a linear trend line including the equation and the coefficient of determination R2.
