Question
Download and read the data frame from genotype.csv. This data set contains weight of litters (all individuals combined), the genotype of the litter (indicated by a letter) and the genotype of a foster mother (indicated by a letter) who was randomly assigned to raise the litter. The goal of this study is to determine the effect of litter and foster mother genotype on litter weight. I need to know what kind of analysis would this be?

since variables are categorical in nature. i use chi square test for my analysis.

Pearson Chi-Square = 3.382, DF = 9, P-Value = 0.947
Likelihood Ratio Chi-Square = 3.396, DF = 9, P-Value = 0.947
* NOTE * 16 cells with expected counts less than 5
with chi sq = 3.382 and p-value >0.05, i fail to reject ho of independence of litter and mother. that is litter and motehr are indepndent.
