Hypothesis is,

H0 : u1 - u2 = 0              H1 : u1 - u2 < 0

If null hypothesis rejected then we accept alternative hypothesis that is ( u1-u2 ) < 0 ( i.e u1< u2 )

That is mean of pore of first brand is low.

So here printer of first brand has best smooth.
