Construct a flow chart for the process of getting from the door of your house/dorm room/previous class to the classroom door for SQC. Your flow chart should be detailed enough to contain at least 8 steps (operations, decisions, delays, etc.)—but I probably don’t need to see more than 20! NOTE: I don’t want your complete morning schedule from when you wake up. Instead think about the decisions and operations that you have to make after you leave the house (will you drive?, listen to music/phone?, doors you pass through?, turn left/right?, etc.).
Brainstorm at least 8 causes for a student missing a class and organize the information into a cause and effect diagram. You may use the standard categories or define your own (e.g. weather instead of environment), but you should have at least 3 categories.

I once purchased a dress from ebay, it was a bad quality product because it wasn't similar to the one as seen in the pictures on ebay. It had a lack of features (good quality cloth and good design) and reputation (the brand was decreased in m eyes).
