Solution:
A relation f  from a set A to another set B is said to be a function from  A to B for each element of A is related to exactly one element of B.

Here, every member except Jolene of A is related to exactly one colour of B. But Jolene is related to two colors in B namely green and pink. Therefore this relation is not a function.
