Value of 'a' corresponding to cell B1
Value of 'b' corresponding to cell B2
Value of 'c' corresponding to cell B3
value of 'q' start from cell A6 till cell A505 (Value will be 5000 at cell A505) with increment of 10 in every step.
in function f(q) 'a', 'b' and 'c' are constants. so, Constant value will be put with dollor ($B$1, $B$2 and $B$3) sign. When you drag the cell B6 down ( toward cell B7, B8 ... till end), only value of q will change, constant 'a', 'b' and 'c' will remain same in every cell in column B start from B6 till end.
Cell B6= -3*$B$1*A6^3+2*$B$2*A6^2+$B$3*A6-3.
As I mentioned above, constant a, b, and c represents $B$1, $B$2 and $B$3. In Every cell starting from B6, constant value will always refers from $B$1, $B$2 and $B$3 cell only. If you change these three cell value, it will reflect in every cell (Starting from B6 ... till end) and value will updated automatically.
