1.a. Plan B has highest level of folate. Folate in high amounts are generally found in spinach, asparagus, nuts, peas, dairy products like cheese, eggs, yoghurt which are all present in plan B.
b.Plan C has the highest amount of vitamin B-12 since it contains higher amounts of dairy products as compared to Plan B. Vitamin B-12 is predominantly found in eggs,milk, cheese, poultry and meat.
c. Vitamin B-12 works with folate to help both mom and baby during pregnancy. It helps the production of healthy red blood cells in both mom and baby. It further works to develop the brain and the nervous system of the fetus. Folate further helps in DNA replication, cell formation etc. Iron helps produce the extra blood which the mother needs during pregnancy.
