E = q / pi r2 e0 = (3.3 * 10-4) / (pi * 5.82 * 8.85 * 10-12)

= 3.52 * 105 N/C

V1 = E * d = 3.52 * 105 * (0.3 mm / 2 ) = 52.8 V

V2 = E * d = 3.52 * 105 * (0.3 mm / 2 + 1.3 mm / 2) = 282 V

Potential difference = 282 - 52.8 = 229 V
