A) THE TOTAL INDIVIDUALS ARE = 8374

WHILE THE INDIVIDUALS WHO FAVORED LOW CRIME = 1507

PROPORTION = 1507/8374 = 17.99%

B) TOTAL WHO FAVOR GOOD JOBS = 3412

WHO FAVOR HOMES = 1802

THEREFORE THE SUM OF BOTH = 3412+1802 = 5214

THE PROPORTION = 5214/8374 = 62.26%
