There is a 1/26 chance of seleting any of the alphabets from A to Z

a. So, prob of selecting A individual is 1/26

b. The prob of getting A the 2nd time after you have placed A back again in to the sampling frame: 1/26 *1/26 = 1/676

c. We aren't replacing A into the sample here, hence, probability of drawing person A on the 2nd draw is 0 apparently, because he isn't inside the sample any more.

P( getting A when A was selected in the first attempt and not replaced into the sample frame) = 0
