Disjoint set definition- two sets are said to be disjoint if they have no element in common.
In given sets, pair of sets that are disjoint -
A and B , A and D , A and E , A and F, B and E , B and F , C and E , C and F, D and E, D and F.
In these pair of sets no element is common so they are disjoint.

Subset definition- Set X is subset of set Y , it all element of set X are also element of Y.
In given sets, C contains 1,2,3 and A contains element 1,3,5,7.
Here 2 is element of set C but not contain in set A , so C is not subset of A.( As to be a subset, we need all elements of C that contain in A)
