Let us denote the numbers of answers for "no" as no, "not sure" as ns and "yes" as y,

then we have

no+ns =360

y - no = 360

and

no + ns+ y = 1000

y=1000-360 = 640

no = 630-360 = 270

ns = 360-270 = 90
