a) when skid mark is 250 feet

V = sqrt ( 10 * 250 )

V = 50 miles / hour

b) plugging V = 90

90 = sqrt ( 10 s )

squaring both sides

8100 = 10s

s = 8100/10

s = 810

length of skid mark = 810 feet
