Question
(In R)
Use the built-in data set `VADeaths`.
Part 1
Which demographic (in terms of sex, age, and rural or urban residence) has the highest death rate? Which has the lowest? The `arr.ind` argument of `which()` might be useful. Full credit will be given when the output (either to the console or stored as a variable) shows the answer. For example, an acceptable output would be of the form `"Rural Male" "50-54"`, not just the number `11.7`.
Part 2
On average, are death rates higher for urban or rural population groups?
Explanation / Answer
the tables shows the average death rate of different composition with different age and genger and are divided on the lines of male and females
a)highest death among the whole data is for URBAN MALE 70-74
B) FOR COMPUTING THE AVERAGE RURAL DEATH RATES WE WILL CLUB MALE AND FEMALE AND TAKE THERE AVERAGE
FOR RURAL THE AVERAGE = 290.2 /10 = 29.02
FOR URBAN AVERAGE = 328.8 /10 = 32.88
HENCE THE URBAND DEATH AVERAGE IS GREATER THEN THE RURAL AVERAGE DEATH.
