PROBABILITY FOR $2700 = 1/35000 = 0.00002

WE NEED TO 1ST CALCULATE THE XPECTATION = E(X)

1*0.025 + 10*0.0028 + 60*0.0008 + 1010 *0.00005+ 2700*0.00002 = 0.205

VAR(X) = E(X^2) - E(X)^2

= 202.5 - 0.042 = 202.45
