Given: Jar 1 :- 1 whight ball and 1 black ball; 1/3 probability
Jar 2 :- 2 whight ball and 1 black ball; 1/2 probability
Jar 3 :- 1 whight ball and 2 black ball; 1/6 probability
now the probability to drawn a whight ball from Jar 1 = (jar's probability)( ball's probability of that jar)
= (1/3)(1/2) = 1/6 .............answer....

Before test; good workers percent = 90%
and poor workers percent = 10%
percent of workers who pass test; from good workers = 0.90* 0.90 (of the good workers 90% pass it)
=0.81 or 81%
from poor workers = 0.10*0.20 ( of the poor workers 20% pass it)
= 0.02 or 2%
Now, if the company makes the test part ot its hiring procedure and as well as previous requirements then the percent of people who will be hired = 81% + 2% = 83%
Now, 90% of new hires turn to be good workers, so that is = 0.90*0.83 = 0.7470 or 74.7% that is 75%
