Amy answer is incorrect.As we know wire has fixed length and pen is rectangular so if it is not posible to make rectengular area of length more than 11 meter in case of 11 meter width is 0.So there no area.

Billy answer is incorrect.As we know area of rectangular = length*width.According to question (length+width)*2 = 22.

so if width is 0,there is no area.

Carol Answer is correct. and area is maximum when length and width are maximum

Dan answeris incorrect as at some point when area length increa area also increase but after that area decrease.
