(a)   How many knew only the ballroom dances?
(b)   How many knew only the swing dances?
(c)   How many knew exactly two of the three dances?
(d)   How many knew the Latin and swing dances, but not the ballroom dances?
(e)   How many knew none of these dances?

Explanation / Answer

is impossible to do the diagram with the given data bacause it is incorrect. For example the data shows that are 172 ballroom dancers of these 65 knew knew the ballroom and swing dances, 93 knew the ballroom and Latin dances and Thirty-one dancers knew the 3. So ballroom dancers are 65+93+31=189 and is supposed to be equal to 172 not to 189
