b) P(second is female)

=P(first female)*P(second female|first female)+P(first male)*P(second female|first male)

=(13/20)*(12/19)+(7/20)*(13/19)=13/20 =0.65

c)

P(first female |second female)=P(first female)*P(second female|first female)/P(second female)

=(13/20)*(12/19)/(13/20) =12/19
