Answer to the question is as follows:
a. P( selecting a person who say 1 or 2 movie) = (75+200)/500 = .55
b. P( selecting a person that saw 5 or less movies) = (75+200+175)/500 = .50
c. P(selecting an adult who saw 1 or 2 movie or was 30 upto 60) = ?
= (75+200+225+175-50-100-10-75)/500 = .88
d. P(selecting less than 30 years, and went to 6 or more movies) = 5/500 = .01
