Being knowledgable about the subject is very essential for any decision making and also nurse is always accountable for the care given so she will be necessarily true .Her confidence will make her deliver appropriate nursing care with good quality. Interpersonal relationship with patients and the co workers are very necessary for providing quality care.Also if there are doubts in any step of care always clarify with senior nurses or physicians so that any near miss events can be prevented.
Critical thinking and clinical judgement skills are obtained by me during the stressful situations faced when providing care to patients .It gave me better ideas and made me to act quickly in a disastrous situation .Always think to save the patient from any type of harm.I am a good listener ,always following eye to eye contact and also very attentive to the patient .
