1. Below is the sample dataset of a company ABC which shows the age range and frequency within that range for the employees working in the organisation:

2. The bin having lowest frequency is group 5 where no of employees within a company within age 55 to 60 is 50. This is due to the fact that at this age only few employees are left in the organization who are generally at senior level.

3. The first bin is group 1 which consist of employees in the age range of 25 to 30. The frequency of this bin/class is 100 which means there are 100 employees within the age range 25-30 in the company ABC

4. The above given sample set can be generalized to a typical organisational structure. Usually entry level employees (25-30) and aged (>55) are lower in number than middle aged employees (30-55) in any organization. Hence the frequency of entry level and aged employees will be comparatively lower than middle aged employees. The information given in above frequency table is important as it helps in assessment of average age of employees working in a given organiation.
