the probability that 1 member of committee selects a candidate be 0.25
So
a) P(committee selects a person unanimously) = 0.253 = 1/64
b) P(2 members selects a candidate) = 0.253*.75= 3/64
c) P(a candidate is choosen) = Sum of above two parts = 4/64 = 1/16
