Find the equation of line through (100000,40000) and ( 200000,60000)
Slope =(60000 -40000)/ (200000 -100000) = 1/5
Thus, using point slope form,
A-40000 = (1/5) (n -100000 )
A-40000 = (1/5) n -20000
A= (1/5) n +20000

Substitute 0 for n to obtain
A= (1/5) *0 +20000
=20000
Thus, initial value is 20000.
It represnts the amount spent is $20000, before selling the product.
