Explanation / Answer

x^3 - 2x^2 - x + 2 = 0

P = 2
Q =1

Facotrs of P : 1 , 2
Factors of Q : 1

Now, acc to RRT, the possible roots are
all combos of "factor of p / factor of q"

As in,
+/- (1,2) / (1)

As in
+/- 1 , +/- 2

So, they are
-2 , -1 , 1 , 2 ----> FIRST ANS

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Lets try 1,
1 - 2 - 1 + 2
-1 + 1 = 0
WORKS!

Lets try -1,
-1 - 2 + 1 + 2
-3+3
0
WORKS!

Lets try 2,
8 - 8 - 2 + 2
0 - 0
0
WORKS AGAIN!

So, roots are :
-1 , 1 , 2 ---> SECOND ANS
