Then , a = -16 and b = 900

a = slope = -5/6 , b = -9

k(x) = -5/6x -9

Q3.) f(x) is linear function , then slope remains same

So , rate of change = f'(x) = slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (6-15)/(0-(-3)) = -9/3 = -3
