The father likes to take the compact car because it gets better gas mileage. One day, they decided to find out how much would be saved taking the compact car. The compact car gets 30 miles per gallon, and the SUV gets 18 miles per gallon. The grandparents live 3 and a half hours away when the family drives at an average of 65 miles per hour. Gas costs $2.84 per gallon. How much more does it cost them to take the SUV, round-trip?
