Explanation / Answer

Given a table showing different strokes and time taken by the 3 teams.

1)Given time 1+0.08+0.006=1.086

Blue team has taken 1.086 minutes for backstroke.

2)For freestyle stroke, teams had 1.214, 1.190 and 1.214 minutes.

Therefore, yellow team has 9 in the hundredth's place.

3)Red team has 1.937, 1.521, 1.937 and 1.214

Therefore, for Breast stroke red team has 5 in it's tenths place.

4)For butterfly stroke teams had 1.937, 2.139 and 1.381

Therefore, blue team has 1 in it's thousands place.

5)For freestyle stroke the teams have the same time i.e., 1.214

The two teams are Red team and Blue team.

6)Red team has taken same time i.e.,1.937 for two different strokes.

The two strokes are Backstroke and Butterfly stroke.

7) I think Blue team won the meet. Because the total time for different strikes taken by Red team is 6.609,Yellow team is 6.119 and Blue team is 5.764.The team which has taken the less time will won.So, Blue team won the meet.
