Explanation / Answer

In the first picture inside the circle (cell) solute concentration is 2% and outside concentration of solute is 30%. So in first picture inside the circle is hypotonic and outside the circle is hypertonic. Water will be go out from the circle (cell).

In the second picture cell has 2 % solute but outside has no solute only water. So, inside the the cell is hypertonic and outside of the cell is hypotonic. Water will flow inside the circle (cell) from the environment/outside .

In the third pic inside the circle and outside the circle both have same concentration of solute . so both are in isotonic condition . Water will neither goes in nor goes out.
