First law: Q_in - Q_out = Work produced

Here we have, 325 - 125 = 200. Hence, it does not violate first law.

For 2nd law, Carnot efficiency = 1- T_low / T_high

= 1 - 400 / 1000

= 0.6

Actual efficiency = Work produced / Heat input

= 200 / 325

= 0.615

Since actual efficiency > Carnot efficiency, it volates 2nd law.

Nature will not prefer it.
