a) One time load stress = 120 Kpsi ... load = stress* area= 17.43* 120*1000 = 2.09 *10^6 pounds

b) at 10000 time loading stress = 75 kpsi load = stress* area= 17.43* 75*1000 = 1.3 *10^6 pounds
