7 theNo, the 1994 flood ie (the higest river level ever record )stood with in the flood plains & the boundry valley slopes because the rain fall was about 21.0 inches in 24 hrs .the tropical storms moved at aslow pace but produced avery heavy rainfall the rain fall was just straight nearly awater fall pouring with NO winds,.& the flood waters rushed in the cities creating havoc ,destroying & damaging roads ,railways , dams ,showed a biggest disaster. The rivers in the florida,the chipola & Chatawhatchee crossed the flood water levels ie the danger marks.the losses were very severe the estimated loss was about $10 million for roads & dams ,the crops approx 20% damaged & washed away the floods Anational disaster were announced thes floods carried pollution ,including waste of humans & other of industries even the marine & the sea food were destroyed.it suggested that it was abnormal.
