1.You have purchased a heavily wooded 200 acre tract of land with the intention of building 100 houses and a shopping center. The property is zoned for these uses. After purchasing the property you discover an old dump containing rotting steel drums containing toxic chemicals on a small portion of the property. The remainder of the property is pristine woodlands. The dump is several hundred yards from a stream running through the property that eventually flows to a local public reservoir. While investigating the dump, you also discover that several endangered Wood Turtles are breeding in wetlands located on the property. What options do you have? What remedies are available? What can be done with this property? What are possible outcomes? (anyone suggesting burying the drums, paying off local officials or “disposing “of the turtles will automatically receive an F on this exam!)

There are some options like bringing a heavy proclainer and to clean all the dump and the strem running through,then that place get clean.Remedies mean we can make it clean with proclainer and keep some fresh sand on that by bringing from outside,then that place looks like normal place and it looks good.Property is not at all a waste.It is so much useful for all the porpuses we want.We can construct houses,shoping complexs,and what ever we want.we can construct anything with the ideas we have.
