Question
I'm confused by what to do., Here is the question, It says plot y(x) = 0.6x^5 - 5x^3 + 9x +2 over the range -4 </=x </= 4 using matlab's vector processing capability. Put this plot in the first of two subplots. In the second subplot, plot the same function again, but this time focus only on the region around the real roots of the function.(Note; simply use the axis command to set the desired focus region - do not re-evaluate the function over a new range) I can plot the graph, but i am stuck with figuring out how to set up the axis. How do I do what values to use? Help
Explanation / Answer
The polynomial 0.5x5
