waste management is one of the biggest problems of the society. it is inevitable so we have to find some way to resolve it. and another problem which is resultant of the waste generation is dumping site of the waste because some waste is non-degradable. so we need to find some solution for that as well. first of all, we need to target an area which is highly polluted and strictly needed to be waste management. households near the industrial area are suitable for this project.

we will apply DMAIC cycle here. very firstly we need to collect the whole data then we need to measure the data and try to find some summary of our plan then we have to analyze the situation and our plan that they are suitable for each other or not if not then we need to change our plan partially or entirely. next step in this process is to apply our plan effectively and implement it strictly. after the completion of the plan, we need t sustain the improvised situation.

waste management project timeline can be lengthy because we have to work in various steps like data analysis, find a coordination between plan and situation. waste collection and classification into degradable and biodegradable or electric and chemical waste etc.  

sometimes some waste cant degraded so we need to use them effectively like we need to take help from our scientist, in their research, they discover that we can use plastic as a road material with some precautions after some process. we all know that plastic is a major problem for our environment. so we can use it in another way. yes, it will be cost higher but its worth it in respect to land pollution and environmental degradation.

we need 2 chemists and researcher who had work on waste management for scientific support, a site in charge, a manager, and some support staff and workers. charges depend on the size of the work
