There are two robots Blue and red. Red will attempt to hit Blue, Blue will attempt to dodge Red for an nth amount of time, and at the same time Blue will stun Red every 4.5 seconds*
*Effects of stun: Red won't be able to hit Blue for 1 second.
What we know

-Red hits on average 2.5 times per second.
-Blue has a 50% chance of dodging Red.
What I've got so far (not sure if it's right)

Red dodges blue 50% of the encounter. 2.25 out of 4.5 seconds will be dodged while the stun is unavailable (.5*4.5). Blue will stunned Red 22% of the encounter (1/4.5).
(1/2.25) + (1/6.5) = 66% reduction of hits from red by blue ??????
Also what are the results for
(Red hits for on average 1/10 times per second when Blue has 20% dodge with a stun every 10 seconds)
