Trying to encourage people to stop driving to campus, theuniversity claims that on average it takes people 30 minutes to ?nda parking space on campus. I don’t think it takes so long to?nd a spot. In fact I have a sample of the last ?ve times I droveto campus, and I calculated __
                                                X= 20. Assuming that the time it takes to ?nd a parking spot isnormal, and that = 6 minutes, then perform a hypothesis testwith level = .10 to see if my claim is correct.
