Explanation / Answer

1) Volcano - It is the sudden and then continuous release of the tremendous amount of the magma from the mantle to the surface of the earth by forming vent, conical appearance and crater, the emerging magma is known as the lava which consists of the basalt, ashes, bombs.

2)- Causation of the Volcano is

TECTONIC PLATE MOVEMENT- when the plates moves in divergent manner then it causes upwelling of the matter of the mantle from the ridges formed and thus results in the volcanic eruptions. These occurrences of the volcanic eruptions are occurred along the divergent plate boundaries and the transform plate boundaries.

3) types of the volcano are

1) active volcano - eruption is going on

2) dormant volcano- eruption is discontinuous

3) extinct volcano- no eruption since last 10 years

4) - eruption of volcanoes are due to the movement of the tectonic plates and this results in the faulting of the beds of the asthenosphere which causes the development of the shear force along the fault plane and this finally causes tremors to build up before the eruptioning of the volcanic lava
