-> The average wage is highest for White and male people but there is more variation in that with highest standard deviation.

-> For female employees average wage is almot similar for both White and Non White people

Its clearly visible that educ, expr and female are significant coefficient since p value is less than 0.0001.

Now coming to coefficeints, keeping other things same educ has positive impact on wage i.e if education increases wage increases by 0.58 times.

Same goes with expr also.

But there is a negative impact of gender. If you are a female keeping other things constant, then your wage will be low.
