the energy consumption of OECD countris are slightly increasing every year, but in the case of non OECD countries there is a large increase in consumption every year, also from the past data, the consumption of energy in future will be higher in all other countries,and the category wise energy use shows all kinds of energy consumption are increasing like coal natural gas,nuclear and renewable, for the sustainable environment we should have to reduce the coal and natural gas and increase renewable, nuclear energy sources.
