First we have to understand the term imperalism properly and only then we can justify it as negative or positive. so according to this term it can be defined as it is an action that involved the extension of the nation by the equisitions of the inhabited territory. it may be possible that after equisition the territory may be included to expliotation.
so according to my opinion it may be possible that from the emperor side it can be considered as positive but if we look on this by a view of moral and ethics than no human is so supreme to ruled over the nature and it resoureces. the god has given us the life and he is the almighty but if human take him as a supreme of all then it may be categories as unhealthy environement and thus spreading negativitis in between human. this result in conflict and war like situation in between human. in that human itself cause the killing of human.
we dont have the rights to make followers of our religions and tradition forcefully. according to god we all are same and it is the human who justify as well as classify human to different sections of the caste and color discriminations.
so according to me these contract were negative.
