Explanation / Answer

Life Cycle of Stars:

A star's life cycle is determined by its mass. The larger the mass of the star have, the shorter its life cycle will be. A star's mass is determined by the amount of matter that is available in its nebula, the giant cloud of gas and dust from which it was born. Over time, the hydrogen gas in the nebula is pulled together by gravity and it begins to spin. As the gas spins faster, it heats up and becomes as a protostar. Eventually the temperature reaches 15,000,000 degrees and nuclear fusion occurs in the cloud's core. The cloud begins to glow brightly, contracts a little, and becomes stable. It is now a main sequence star and will remain in this stage, shining for millions to billions of years to come. This is the stage our Sun is at right now.

Answer of question (C )

Ranking from earliest to latest, the stages of least massive of the high mass star:

The Ranking

If we see the categorisation then least massive category of stars will come in the group of INTERMEDIATE STARS. Then the stages will be:

EARLIEST STAGE: Nebula

LATEST STAGE:    White Dwarf

Reason and Sequence:

Answer of question (D)

Ranking from earliest to latest, the stages of most massive of the high mass star:

EARLIEST STAGE: Nebula

LATEST STAGE:    Supernova Explosion

Reason and Sequence:

Exercise # 3

Answer of (A)

EARLIEST STAGE: A. Planetry Nebula Stars

LATEST STAGE:    I. White Dwarf

Every mass stars starts its life cycle as Planetry nebula but low mass stars end up as a white dwarf when its double shell around it burns.

Answer of (B)

EARLIEST STAGE: A. Planetry Nebula Stars

LATEST STAGE:    I. White Dwarf

The sequence will be A,F,M,I
