Lou ann is correct, as her calculations are all correct,
The problem with Bubba's calculation is he doesn't take the dependence into account,
the error propagation of z= xy only holds if x,y are uncorrelated- but as x,x are cleasrly not uncorrelated that formula is not applicable here
