null hypothesis H0: Three survival curves are same

alternate hypothesis H1: atleast two survival curves are different

the p-value of F of between group is less tha alpha=0.05, so we reject H0 and conclude that three survival curves are not the same

(c) least square differenc=LSD=sqrt(2*MSE/r)*t(0.05,error df)=sqrt(2*9.9963/10)* 2.05=2.9

since each pair wise difference is more than LSD, so all are differenct
