I wanted to know what is the normal distribution? how can I say that this variable is normally distributed?

Explanation / Answer

For a random variable to follow normal distribution its mean, median and must conincide as it is a symmetric distribution. Since here mean and median for lotsize, price and bedrooms do not coincide hence none of them are normally distributed.
