Okay, here is the question I'm faced with and can not figureit out for the life of me. Most computer languages include a function that can be used togenerate random numbers between 0 and 1. If we let x denote arandom number generated using RAND. then x is a continuous randmvariable with the following probability density function. 0 elseware (equation is a little offset...sorry) b. what is the probability of generating a randomnumberbetween .25 and .75? c. what is the probabiliyt of generating a random number withvalues less thatn or equal to .30? d. What is the probability of generating a random number witha value greater than .60? There is more questions to this problem but these are thethree that even after reading the book I can not figure out and myinstructor is no use to help the whole class.
