Probability that the mother is 19 years or younger is theprobability that the mother is 15-19 years old plus the probabilitythe mother is 10-14 years old. So: P(mother is 19 years or younger)=P(mother is 15-19 yearsold)+P(mother is 10-14 years old)=0.100+0.003=0.103 I hope this helps.
