x3 = 0 (female)

hence

y^ =  3.60 -0.01 *270 + 0.01 *38 + 0.12 +0.02 *14-0.04-0.01*3

= 1.61

b) if hispanic x4 = 0

hence

y^ = 3.60 -0.01 *270 + 0.01 *38 +0.02 *14-0.04-0.01*3 = 1.49
