a) Customers who purchased only science fiction = 33 - (19+11) +6 = 9

(b) Customers who purchsed mystery and science fiction but not romance = 19 - 6 = 13

(c) Customers who purchased mystery or science fiction = 42+33 - (19) = 56

(d) Customers who purchased mystery or science fiction but not romance novels = 56 -(14+11)+ 6 = 37

(e) Customers who bought exactly two types of books = 19+14+11 - 3*6 = 26
